We are the 3D printing arm of a larger company called Express Group Ltd. Fixing printers since 1988, today we are a Specialist Parts Distributor and Experts in 3D Printing.
We take quality control very seriously, which is why we are audited for ISO9001:2015 certification, this helps ensure we provide great customer service.
Reinvent prototypes and fabricate functional end-use parts faster than ever with HP Jet Fusion 3D printers. These industrial-grade 3D printers utilise HP’s proprietary Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) printing process to achieve fine detail and high dimensional accuracy of small features with reliable, repeatable results. The HP Jet Fusion 540 prints clean white models, while the HP Jet Fusion 580 prints in full multi-colour.
HP’s 3D printers lead the way for functional design, and the HP Jet Fusion 3D printer range is testament to this, utilising HP’s patented Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) printing process.
MJF uses plastic powder, light-absorbing ink and infrared heat to produce solid plastic parts with high mechanical strength.
The 3D printer range includes:
HP Jet Fusion 540: An industrial-grade MJF 3D printer for functional part creation. Optimises cost and part quality, while delivering repeatable results. Build volume up to 332 x 190 x 248 mm with a build speed up to 1,817 cm3 /hr (111 in3 /hr).
HP Jet Fusion 580: Also an MJF printer. Prints the full colour spectrum with voxel control, while retaining optimal mechanical properties. Has the same build volume and build speed as the 540. The big upgrade is that it prints in colour.
As a manufacturing process, MJF has the capability to create new applications for 3D printing. It’s ideal for manufacturing end-use functional parts with complex geometries, because it prints in nylon and printed parts are self-supporting.
This means you can print parts without support material, which opens up design possibilities. MJF offers faster cycling times than SLS and prints at a lower cost, making production runs more efficient from a time and cost perspective.
