The all-new MakerBot Replicator+ may look like its predecessor, the Makerbot Replicator, but this is in fact a whole new - and better - 3D printer. It has been extensively tested and meticulously engineered to offer a reliable and enjoyable 3D printing experience, with a range of new and proven technologies which make 3D printing more accessible.
Bigger, Better, Faster, Stronger
With print speeds 30 per cent faster than the MakerBot Replicator and a build volume that’s 25 per cent larger, the MakerBot Replicator+ amplifies 3D printing possibilities. The build volume is a colossal 295 mm x 195 mm x 165 mm, which translates to 9,492 cubic centimetres of build volume overall. The MakerBot Replicator+ is also one of the first MakerBot 3D printers to go through a new testing series, which puts it through 380,000+ hours of testing across multiple facilities, to ensure excellent short and long-term reliability.
New Features for Outstanding Results
The MakerBot Replicator+ has a new Grip Surface build plate, to which prints adhere better than ever before. It also comes as standard with the MakerBot Smart Extruder+, which significantly improves part quality when printing with PLA.
The Replicator+ comes fully connected, allowing you to send files to print over Wi-Fi, USB, Ethernet, or with a USB drive. You can even remotely monitor your print progress from MakerBot Print and MakerBot Mobile software, thanks to the printer’s neat on-board camera. The user-interface has been improved too, with a bright LCD and swivel dial on top of the printer through which you control various settings and access your object library.
