Zortrax Z-SUPPORT is a soluble 3D printing support material designed specifically for the Inventure 3D printer. It is designed to be 3D printed with Z-ULTRAT Plus.
The Zortrax Inventure has a dual extruder system, with one extruder dedicated to Z-SUPPORT and the other extruder dedicated to Z-ULTRAT Plus. Z-SUPPORT will support parts with an overhang or complex geometries, so that you can realise your most daring designs.
Z-SUPPORT melts away in a water-based solution, leaving no trace or residue. This eliminates the need for manual post-processing, and allows you to design and print more complex parts than ever before. All you have to do is insert your part into the DSS station containing the water-based solution, and wait. The solution will do the rest.
Z-SUPPORT is supplied as a cartridge that’s proprietary to the Inventure 3D printer. It is only available in its natural colour, since this offers the best performance. If you are designing functional prototypes, complex moving parts or larger models with an overhang, you should include Z-SUPPORT in your 3D printing efforts. It significantly reduces the risk of warping and curling, to make sure that you print perfect parts and models every time.
