The EnvisionTEC Perfactory 4 Mini is a low cost, easy maintenance Direct Light Projection (DLP) 3D printer. DLP technology from Texas Instruments is a breakthrough printing process that’s a direct alternative to stereolithography (SLA). Unlike SLA, DLP cures large amounts of resin per exposure which drastically improves print speed. The P4 Mini uses an advanced version of this technology, for fast and reliable 3D printing.
Print Small, Detailed Models and Parts
With a 64 x 40 x 220 mm (2.5 x 1.6 x 8.66 in.) or 38 x 24 x 220 mm (1.5 x 0.9 x 8.66 in.) build volume, the EnvisionTEC P4 Mini can produce small, premium parts and models that require a high level of detail. It will print down to a layer height of 10 µm (0.0004 in), and it will print at speeds of up to 25mm in height per hour. That’s faster than comparable Fused Filament Fabrication and Stereolithography 3D printers on the market.
The P4 Mini supports a huge range of materials too. These resins include E-Gum, E-Dent 400 and E-IDB for medical applications, E-Model, ABS-tuff and ABS Tough for mechanical applications, E-Guard, E-Dentstone and E-Dent 100 for dental applications, and there’s an additional 20+ materials. The range of resins available means that the P4 Mini is suitable for applications including education, consumer goods, product design and engineering.
Easy to Use, Reliable and User-Serviceable
EnvisionTEC’s 3D printers are renowned for their reliability, and the Perfactory 4 Mini is no exception. It has very few consumable components or moving parts, which means it can safely be used with a high intensity. A one-year warranty comes as standard, which covers all parts from defects and any manufacturing errors. EnvisonTEC’s support is also second-to-none, and there’s hundreds of free resources available to help you print.
The P4 Mini is also available with or without an ERM (Enhanced Resolution Module), which allows you to 3D print resolutions down to 42 µm (0.0017 in.) in the X and Y. We recommend this module if you will be printing highly detailed models, and especially if you plan to use the P4 Mini 3D printer for medical or dentistry applications. As standard, though, the P4 Mini is an outstanding 3D printer that comes highly recommended.
Designed for real production requirements, EnvisionTEC 3D printers are second to none in terms of features, functionality and accuracy.
The Desktop line is EnvisionTEC’s best-selling line. It includes the Vida, Vida Hi-Res and Desktop XL Plus. All printers in this range use DLP (Digital Light Processing) technology.
The Perfactory line uses EnvisionTEC’s exclusive Digital Light Processing (DLP) technology, and comprises the P4 Standard, P4 Standard XL, P4 Mini and P4 Mini XL. With build sizes up to 253.6 cubic inches, this is an outstanding range for those of you who require a relatively compact 3D printer that also offers industrial-grade results.
The 3SP range uses unique Selective Photocuring technology to 3D print accurate, detailed parts. This range includes the Ultra 3SP, Ultra 3SP HD, Vector 3SP, Vector 3SP Hi-Res, Xtreme 3SP and Xede 3SP. The printers in this line offer large build areas and extreme accuracy, and they are even capable of printing tools for thermoplastic injection moulding.
