The EnvisionTEC P4 Mini XL sits between the P4 Mini and the P4 Standard in the Perfactory family. With a larger build area than the original P4 Mini, the P4 Mini XL is ideal for manufacturing medium-sized, precise components. It is easy to setup and use, and supports an enormous range of resins that range from general purpose to biocompatible. It is also available with or without an ERM (Enhanced Resolution Module).
Fast, Precise 3D Printing
The EnvisionTEC P4 Mini XL offers print speeds of up to 25mm in height (1 inch) per hour, which is incredible. What’s more incredible is that those speeds do not come at the expense of precision or accuracy. The DLP technology licenced from Texas Instruments is an alternative to stereolithography (SLA). DLP has the advantage of being able to cure large amounts of resin per exposure, which speeds up the print process.
Parts printed with the P4 Mini XL have stunning detail, and they are true to the CAD drawings from which they are based. Tests conducted by EnvisionTEC recently found that part accuracy can be higher than 96 per cent. This makes the P4 Mini XL the ideal 3D printer for manufacturing, engineering, product design and education, where fast print speeds with high accuracy are needed for medium-sized component creation.
Print Components with Outstanding Detail
The P4 Mini XL utilises Direct Light Projection (DLP) technology from Texas Instruments, an exclusive technology that produces the finest detail in the shortest possible time. With a print speed of up to 25 mm in height per hour, and a print resolution down to 22 µm (0.0009 in.), there’s no other medium-sized 3D printer on the market that’s as capable or as versatile, thanks to the Mini XL’s expansive material support.
Material support includes EC500, material for 3D printing jewellery casts, HTM140, a moulding material for non-metal masters, Photosilver, a material that captures fine detail and crisp features, and QView, a material for fast verification models. There’s over twenty materials to choose from, to cater for a wide range of applications. All these materials are manufactured by EnvisionTEC, and they are for use exclusively with the Perfactory range.

The 3SP range uses unique Selective Photocuring technology to 3D print accurate, detailed parts.
