The Roboze One + 400 is called as such because the dual extruder can reach temperatures of up to 400 °C. This unique capability allows you to print with two polymers at the same time, or you can use one extruder to print a support material. The extruder’s high maximum operating temperature also means that the Roboze One + 400 is future-proof, being able to work with next-generation materials with an extremely high heat deflection temperature.

In addition to its dual extruder that can reach temperatures of up to 400 °C, the Roboze One + 400 also has a glazed, 6082 aluminium build plate that can reach temperatures of up to 150 °C. This high-temperature build plate allows you to print with the most complex techno-polymers on the market, to print functional prototypes and end-use parts.

The Roboze One will print down to 50-microns, or up to 200-microns, and it has a revolutionary electro-galvanised chassis which absorbs vibration during the print process, to create a stable platform for 3D printing. Elsewhere, that high-temperature dual extruder has a state-of-the air cooling system of its own, and the Roboze One + 400 gets a patented mechatronic movement, with a counterbalanced pair of tempered stainless steel helical racks, which allow fluid motion and positioning, for incredibly consistent printing.
Print with 12 Different Materials
The key difference between the Roboze One + 400 and the Roboze One, is that the Roboze One + 400 can print with 12 different technical materials, thanks to the extruder’s higher maximum operating temperature. These materials include PEEK - a techno-polymer with excellent mechanical and thermic properties, Nylon 12, Polycarbonate, PC/ABS, TPU and PEI, which is a Polyetherimide suitable for extreme mechanical assembles. In other words, the Roboze One + 400 can print functional, strong, flexible and thermo-resistant parts; and as a result, it is a worthwhile investment for engineers and designers in particular.
