"I've been sent emails with some starter information for the relevant 3D printer I purchased (which is awesome for customer service, big plus!). In addition to this, the printer came with a USB stick with some useful information on it some of which I hadn't seen before (again another big plus!).

I currently am loving the printer I have and have been printing very often with it. You will most likely end up with some more purchases from myself or relatives to get some of the accessories / resin.

I don't believe there is more that could be done. I feel there has been amazing customer service.
